The last known image of 16-year-old Skylar Neese is from a neighbor's surveillance camera in 2012, showing her sneaking out of her window and into a car. This footage proved she left willingly with her best friends, Shelia Eddy and Rachel Shoaf, who later confessed to driving her to a remote location and murdering her.
